Cancellations are only valid wehn given in writing!
- more than 5 months beore arrival date 0 %
- 1 to 5 monts before arraival date 50 %
- 0 to 30 days before arrival or early departure 100 %

In the case of a deposit which has already been paid, it can only be credited for another stay in the same or following year, if agreed to by the landlord and depending upon availability.
