Our general terms and conditions apply: If you cancel at least 21 days before the agreed arrival date, the deposit will be retained. After that, 90% of the room price is to be paid.
* Only entire rooms and not individual beds from booked rooms can be cancelled. * No refund for breakfast which was not taken (even if you do not arrive). * If you change your booking in less than 5 nights, the "short booker price" will be charged.
Epidemic and pandemic: If we are forced to close our hotel due to a declared pandemic, epidemic or by decree (and your booking falls within this period of closure), we will cancel free of charge and the received deposit will also be fully retransferred.
To pay your hotel bill: we prefer to accept cash, but you can also pay your bill with Visa, Mastercard or EC card (bank card).
Restaurant consumation cannot be put on the hotel bill and must be paid in cash to our staff.
