Winter:
For cancellations of bookings for the period from 15 November 2024 to 15 May 2025, the following cancellation conditions apply exclusively:

•  For cancellations up to 91 days before the arrival date we charge a cancellation fee of € 50,- per booked apartment/room.
•  For cancellations between 90 days and 31 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booked package price will be charged.
•  In case of cancellation within the last 30 days until the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the booked arrangement price will be charged.
•  In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked package price will be charged.

The right of cancellation according to § 18 para. 1 line 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the above cancellation conditions apply.
In all other respects, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

Summer
For cancellations of bookings for the period from 01 July 2023 to 31 October 2023, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• For cancellations up to 15 days before the arrival date we charge a cancellation fee of € 50,- per booked apartment/room.
•  In case of cancellation between 14 days and 8 days prior to the arrival date, 70 % of the booked package price will be charged.
•  In case of cancellation within the last 7 days until the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the booked package price will be charged.
•  In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked package price will be charged.

The right of cancellation according to § 18 para. 1 line 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the above cancellation conditions apply.
In all other respects, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
